a happy fall

We had such a gorgeous fall around here! It was hard to step outside or walk down the street without being awe struck by the colorful leaves.

I can’t decide if it was an extraordinary year for fall foliage or if it’s 2020 and we were just desperate for something happy, but whatever the reason I jumped at a chance for a photo shoot under my sister’s Ginkgo tree.

It’s been one weird year, but a happy fall. This was a good reminder of how much fun you can have being in the moment and enjoying the simple things.
