That’s the most #boymom blog title ever. But that’s exactly what we did this year–whoopie cushion and dinosaur Valentines!

I like doing non-candy if the kids are game. I showed them several ideas I had found and the whoopie cushion was an instant sell. Sam and Tom were actually fighting over who got to do those for their classs….so they both are!

I was thinking Tom would go for some dinosaur ideas I pitched but he said maybe those would be perfect for Henry instead so that’s what we did.

Check out our creations:

These dinosaurs from Amazon were a great deal for size and quality. They were around 85 cents each and for a small daycare sized classroom that means class valentines for well under $10.

There are super cheap dinosaurs too (like 10 cent options) but I went for a larger size to eliminate chocking hazards.

These are big!

All I did was hot glue them to cards (see free printable below!) and voila! The hot glue comes right off so dinosaur is ready for play easily.

And now for the “tooters” (according to Tom). These are so so easy. I just glued our label to the existing one.

I found this 36 pack which was almost exactly how many we needed for Sam and Tom’s classroom, so it worked great!

Here’s the free Whoopie Cushion printable label below, just click the image. I think I left enough room at the bottom for kids to sign their name to:

I have to admit the whole time I was making the Love Stinks tags I was thinking of The Wedding Singer. So just in case your kids are awesome….here is an optional tag:
